LocalMention.io provides AI visibility audit reports that analyze how businesses appear across Google, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Reports are generated by querying these platforms with industry-relevant search terms and analyzing the results.
Our audits represent a snapshot of AI platform responses at the time of the audit. AI platform results change frequently. We make no guarantees about future visibility or rankings. Our reports are informational tools, not guarantees of business outcomes.
Our public audit request flow offers a Free AI Visibility Audit ($0). Paid correction work is limited to one or two verified public business-information facts, or an obvious publishing error, on a page or listing the business controls. We quote only after the problem, scope, control, and access path are verified. The written quote names the agreed edits and documentation; no work begins until it is accepted. If no owner-controlled problem is verified, there is no charge. Payment is by invoice; online checkout is unavailable. We do not offer ongoing tracking or promise higher visibility, rankings, leads, sales, or patient numbers.
For paid correction work, a refund is available only if LocalMention failed to perform or submit the agreed edit as written, or documented it incorrectly. A correctly submitted change that a third party delays, rejects, or reverts is not a failure; LocalMention will resubmit it once at no charge. Free audits have no associated cost and therefore no refund policy.
Audit reports delivered to you are for your business use. You may share your report internally or with your marketing team. You may not resell our reports or use them to build a competing service.
LocalMention.io and Resilient Capital LLC are not liable for any business decisions made based on our audit reports. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
